Philadelphia Apartment Reviews List
I was kind of surprised to find out how inexpensive (compared to San Diego where I used to live) the rents are in the Philadelphia area for nice apartments. For a large city, there seemed to be some really good deals when I began to investigate online. Broad ranges in pricing however as with any area, what you pay at the low end you lose in cleanliness, safety (good neighborhoods), noise level, and access to central facilities such as highways.
Outside the Philly area such as Norristown the rents are fairly decent. You can get a nice 2 bedroom for under a thousand dollars a month. That's really not bad and affordable for even students and those on strict budgets, as long as you share the rent.
Here are some of the resource sI looked at:

Philadelphia Museums Online
There is a site known as "Museum Stuff" that has been around for over a decade. - The guy who runs it is Roy Hemmat and he's worked tirelessly on it for many of the years. Every so often he does a major update and site redesign. He just did one this year and the section for Philadelphia museums looks very complete.
